Tisun Beauty in Charlotte, NC is hiring a customer service associate to provide friendly, efficient service at the NORTHLAKE store.

Responsibilities include POS transactions, greeting customers, assisting with finding items, processing returns, and maintaining accurate checkout experience. Must be reliable, personable, and professional in a fast-paced retail setting.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow store policies and dress code.

• Greeting customers in a positive manner and helping them find specific items.
• Bagging, or boxing merchandise for customers.
• Accepting payment by credit, debit, or cash.
• Calculating and giving correct change to the customer.
• Resolving customer complaints and rectifying price discrepancies.

The Position:

Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service. Registers sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customers' purchases. Resolves customer issues and answers questions. Bags purchases if needed. Processes return transactions.
