Job summary

Yotta Energy is seeking an experienced IT & Cybersecurity Manager to oversee internal technology operations and security initiatives. This role acts as the main liaison with the managed IT service provider to ensure reliable services and robust security.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with project management and communication skills, overseeing cybersecurity programs, vendor management, employee technology support, and compliance to maintain a secure, efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, cybersecurity, or related roles.
• Experience working with managed service providers.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience managing technology vendors and projects.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Yotta Energy and the managed IT service provider.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of company technology services and projects.
• Coordinate hardware deployments, upgrades, replacements, and lifecycle management.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding for technology equipment and user access.
• Maintain inventory of technology assets and licenses.
• Lead cybersecurity program with MSP, coordinate remediation and audits.
• Manage vendor contracts, budgets, and technology projects.
