Job summary

The Mosaic Company, headquartered in Tampa, Florida, seeks an IT Cybersecurity Lead to manage User Administration and SAP Security. You will design and monitor processes for provisioning, de-provisioning, access rights, and reporting, while ensuring SLA adherence and audit readiness.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of related experience, a relevant degree, SAP security expertise, and certifications such as CISSP or CISA. This is a full-time on-site role based in Tampa.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Computer Science or MIS.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• 8+ years of related IT security or administration experience.
• SAP experience required or strong familiarity.
• US ITIL V3; CISSP and CISA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach User Administration and SAP Security teams.
• Participate in compliance audits covering access management.
• Engage with IT project teams to provide User Access and SAP Security support.
• Lead the design, development, implementation, and monitoring of end-to-end user provisioning, de-provisioning, access rights management, reporting and auditing.
• Monitor workload and ensure SLA adherence for both teams.

Job description

The IT Cybersecurity Lead is responsible for the daily operation of Mosaic Global User Administration, and Application security team. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, designing, managing, and monitoring work processes for the User Administration and SAP security teams; ensuring adherence to established service level agreements; investigating and resolving customer inquiries and complaints; and working with teams across IT and the business to provide operational planning and execution support for user admin and SAP security need in support of IT projects.

What will you do?

• Lead and coach the User Administration and SAP Security teams developing personal and team productivity.
• Participate in the compliance audit processes covering user administration and access management.
• Engage with IT project teams to provide User Access and SAP Security support.
• Lead the design, development, implementation, and monitoring of a comprehensive process governing user admin and SAP security across Mosaic covering user access provisioning, de-provisioning, access rights management, reporting and auditing.
• Lead the monitoring of work load and ensure SLA adherence of the User Administration and SAP Security teams.

What do you need for this role?

• Associates Degree required, major in Computer and Information Science, or Management Information Systems.
• Bachelors Degree preferred.
• 8+ years of related experience required.
• Administrative experience.
• SAP Experience.
• Microsoft 365 US -ITIL V3 – Other preferred.
• US - Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) – ISACA preferred.
• US - Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) - (ISC)2 preferred.
