Job summary

ASGCO Manufacturing, Inc. in Nazareth, PA is seeking an IT Coordinator to support and upgrade business systems. You will lead the JD Edwards World to EnterpriseOne migration while maintaining Salesforce CRM, webstore platforms, and ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT/Computer Science/Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise business systems.
• Hands-on experience coordinating JD Edwards World to EnterpriseOne upgrade projects.
• Experience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in manufacturing, distribution, or wholesale environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the migration from JD Edwards World to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne with internal stakeholders and implementation partners.
• Assist in project planning, system configuration, testing, data validation, UAT, and post-implementation support.
• Serve as the liaison between business departments, IT vendors, consultants, and software providers for ERP initiatives.
• Maintain and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne after implementation, including troubleshooting, security, and enhancements.
• Administer Salesforce CRM, including user management, reporting, workflows, dashboards, and process improvements.
• Support the company webstore/eCommerce platform and its ERP/CRM integrations.
• Coordinate system integrations between ERP, CRM, webstore, shipping, inventory, and financial apps.
