Job summary

Veeva Systems seeks a Cloud CRM Consultant to join our Commercial Managed Services team in Hungary. This remote, full-time role delivers ongoing professional services for Veeva's CRM products, primarily Vault CRM, with potential exposure to other Commercial solutions.

You will assess customer needs, configure the system, activate features and advise on best practices. You should have 3+ years of CRM experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently.

The Role

Are you looking for a place where your work makes an impact? We are seeking a talented Cloud CRM Consultant to join our amazing, fast-paced team of experts in Hungary.

The Cloud CRM Consultant is a member of our Commercial Managed Services team who provides ongoing professional service for customers live with Veeva’s commercial solutions.

You will provide application consulting services to the Veeva Commercial Cloud product suite, primarily on the Vault CRM application, but will potentially develop expertise across other Commercial products. You will identify customer requirements, perform configuration changes to the system, activate new product features and act as an advising partner.

This is a remote, full-time role with Veeva. Candidates must be legally authorised to be employed in Europe. Veeva Systems does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status for this employment position. There may be travel opportunities at select times of the year for internal events.

What You'll Do

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions (e.g. CRM)
• Experience working in a customer facing and/or consulting role and managing customer expectations
• Strong desire to continuously learn and develop
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently

Nice to Have

• Technical CRM experience, ideally Salesforce MS, Dynamics, SAP or equivalent
• Customer facing IT Consultancy
• Experience working in the Life-Sciences industry

Compensation

• Total compensation: 12,000,000 - 23,000,000 HUF
• The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. Please note that actual total compensation may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position's total compensation may be composed of other types of compensation, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
