Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking an IT Consultant Sr to provide production support for the network and desktop environment, including monitoring, troubleshooting, configuration, and partner support.

The role acts as a cross-disciplinary contact to resolve high-impact outages and to deploy new network designs, with up to 10% travel domestically.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in IT/CS, 6 years of relevant experience in architecture, systems integration, technical analysis, and SDLC/Agile.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6 years of experience in the offered role or related occupation.
• 6 years of experience with solution architecture and systems integration design.
• 6 years of experience with technical application support and troubleshooting.
• 6 years of experience with project lifecycle methods (SDLC, Waterfall, Agile).
• 3 years of experience with network monitoring (Dynatrace).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically.

The IT Consultant Sr will provide production support to include system user support, monitoring, troubleshooting, configuring, enhancing and providing advanced business partner support for the existing network and desktop environment; serve as point-of-contact across several areas or disciplines to solve major systems outages with high impact or visibility; provide deployment/implementation support to include planning and executing the implementation of new network designs or configurations or enhancements to the existing network and desktop environment. 40 hours per week. Role requires up to 10% domestic travel as needed.

Required Qualifications Include:

• Role requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field, or a foreign equivalent.
• Must have 6 years of experience in job offered or related occupation.
• Must have 6 years of experience with solution architecture skills/understanding systems integration design.
• Must have 6 years of experience with technical application support and troubleshooting skills.
• Must have 6 years of experience with project lifecycle skills (SDLC, waterfall, Agile).
• Must have 6 years of experience with technical analysis skills (analyze requirements and translate into technical solutions).
• Must have 3 years of experience with network monitoring skills (including tools such as Dynatrace).
• Role requires up to 10% domestic travel as needed.
