Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Disaster Recovery Analyst to provide operational and documentation support for the Disaster Recovery Program, including recovery plan development, testing coordination, compliance tracking, reporting, and BCM administration in ServiceNow.

The role is fully remote in the United States with preference for candidates near Providence, RI; Allentown, PA; or BOC in KY to support occasional on-site activities.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years IT, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or IT Governance experience.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with DR concepts, infrastructure, cloud, and application environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain DR plans, runbooks, and test plans.
• Update and maintain ServiceNow BCM records and recovery inventories.
• Coordinate meetings, testing schedules, and evidence collection.
• Track remediation actions, risks, and compliance metrics.
• Assist with audit evidence preparation and reporting.
• Perform CMDB validation and data quality analysis.

Pay range: $55-60/hr
