Job summary

CEI is seeking a Back Disaster Recovery Analyst to support the Disaster Recovery (DR) Program within Infrastructure & Security in Allentown, PA. This 12-month contract role, 40 hrs/week, is hybrid with remote work possible near the listed offices.

Responsibilities include developing DR plans, runbooks and test plans; maintaining ServiceNow BCM records and recovery inventories; coordinating tests and evidence collection; tracking remediation, risks and compliance; supporting audit evidence; and

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in IT, business continuity, disaster recovery, and/or IT governance.
• Strong documentation, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Firm understanding of DR principles (required).
• Familiarity with DR concepts across infrastructure, cloud, and application environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans, runbooks, and test plans
• Maintain ServiceNow BCM records and recovery inventories
• Coordinate meetings, testing schedules, and evidence collection
• Track remediation actions, risks, and compliance metrics
• Support audit evidence preparation and reporting
• Perform CMDB validation and data quality analysis
