InnoSource Inc. is hiring a Configuration Support professional in Robinson Township, PA, to install and deploy desktops, laptops, thin clients and printers nationwide.

You will support internal associates across the United States with day-to-day IT deliverables, primarily onsite with some remote assistance as needed. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing or sitting for long periods, and a focus on problem-solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of IT/computer experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Configuring, deploying and installing desktops, laptops, thin clients and printers deployed to sites nationwide.
• May provide some remote support for new devices after delivery to user.
• Assist Team Lead with current and future projects – field and corporate.
