Job summary

PRL Industries Inc. is seeking an IT Support role to assist the IT Manager with software troubleshooting, deployment, and user support. The position emphasizes cybersecurity and compliance with CMMC/NIST 800-171, including documentation and evidence collection.

Responsibilities include supporting Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID, endpoint management, and vulnerability remediation, with potential overnight travel to other facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of IT support, systems administration, or related technical role recommended.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows workstations, software applications, printers, networking, and user access issues.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, Windows, endpoint management, and basic networking.
• Experience documenting procedures and maintaining IT records; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot daily hardware, software, network, and user issues.
• Assist with deployment, configuration, testing, and implementation of software and IT solutions.
• Support core IT systems including Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and cybersecurity tools.
• Assist with CMMC and NIST SP 800-171 implementation and ongoing compliance activities.
• Develop knowledge of CUI handling, access controls, authentication, audit logging, and incident response.
• Help maintain policies, procedures, system documentation, and compliance evidence.
