Job summary

BNS Corporation seeks an Information Systems Security Manager to lead the security, documentation, and operation of the company’s information systems handling FCI and CUI, ensuring CMMC Level 2 and NIST SP 800-171 compliance.

You will guide IT operations, coordinate with vendors, prepare for audits, and balance strategic planning with hands-on problem solving across Microsoft 365, networks, and security controls to protect sensitive data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience with responsibility for IT infra, systems, networking, or cybersecurity.
• Experience supervising an IT team or IT support function.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory, networking, and security.
• Experience with vendor management and documenting processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations across offices, field personnel, and remote employees.
• Manage networks, servers, workstations, devices, and other technology assets.
• Support Microsoft 365, cloud apps, user accounts, email and collaboration tools.
• Coordinate security controls, backups, and business continuity practices.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls.
• Coordinate NIST SP 800-171 self-assessments and remediation.
