Reporting to the Global IT Compliance Lead, the IT Compliance Manager will manage risk-based IT compliance initiatives across Mondelez. Key responsibilities include delivering the annual Sarbanes-Oxley IT compliance program, performing compliance activities related to access, vulnerability, and configuration management, and governance activities such as managing risk and control registers, policies, and standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct assurance activities for the SOX Compliance audit, focusing on IT General Controls and Vendor SOX Compliance.
• Perform quarterly compliance testing and document evidence and results.
• Maintain Management Action Plan (MAP) with due dates and manage monthly MAPs, including communication and escalation of risks.
• Manage compliance activities within GRC tools and support external and internal audits.
• Generate compliance reports.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in Information Security, SOX Compliance, Internal Controls, Internal Audit, or GRC.
• 3+ years leading internal and external audits, especially Sarbanes-Oxley SOX.
• Experience with GRC tools like Archer.
• ISACA CISA and/or CISM certifications are a significant plus.
• Knowledge of security concepts, frameworks (CIS, NIST), and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.

Location: Fully remote in the US.

Compensation: Salary ranges from $106,300 to $146,200, plus bonus and benefits.
