Job summary

State of Michigan is seeking an IT Compliance Analyst within the Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) for the MDOT area. The role focuses on creating and maintaining System Security Plans for 150+ applications, based on NIST 800-53 and related regulations.

The position supports audits, conducts staff training, and collaborates with IT and non-IT teams. Location is Lansing with a hybrid schedule requiring 2 days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with related IT security/compliance focus.
• Associate degree option with experience accepted as substitution.
• High school diploma pathway with experience accepted as substitution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain System Security Plans for 150+ applications.
• Assist with audits and documentation for internal or external reviews.
• Provide training to IT and non-IT staff on processes.
