Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. in Hawaii seeks an Information Technology Communications Integrator for the MTCCS II program.

This temporary role lasts ~20 months and involves technical integration between simulation and C4I systems, establishing training networks, and RMF/A&A activities. You will deliver senior-level support for boundary architectures, mentor staff, and ensure secure connectivity across mission command systems and external networks.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related experience; military and MTC experience preferred.
• Strong RMF, DISA STIGs, cybersecurity compliance knowledge.
• Firewall rules expert
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP
• Configuration/management of switches, remote nodes, and communications devices
• Experience with virtualized infrastructures (VMware)
• Cross-enclave troubleshooting expertise
• SEC+ is required; Network+ or CCNA considered
• SECRET clearance required with ability to obtain TS/SCI
• DoD 8140 IAM I certification required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level design, integration, operation, and sustainment of IT communications and network boundary architectures for large-scale exercises.
• Lead secure connectivity between mission command systems, simulation enclaves, and external networks.
• Mentor junior personnel and serve as technical authority for boundary enclave operations.
• Perform advanced configuration, troubleshooting, documentation, and change execution for communications and boundary systems.
• Plan and execute scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, and technology refreshes.
• Support audits, inspections, and vulnerability remediation activities.
• Maintain awareness of emerging communications and boundary protection technologies.
• May serve as a people manager; participate in special projects.
