You will assist in testing, manage incident and service requests, participate in downtime planning, and coordinate with clinicians and IT staff to ensure system availability.

The IT Clinical System Analyst-Entry is responsible for performing activities related to designing, building, testing, implementing, training, evaluating, maintaining, upgrading, enhancing and supporting their assigned clinical information systems.
Internal: Requires close interaction with staff, physicians, nurses, and other ancillary departments in UMC
Position requires standing and/or walking most of the shift. Occasional lifting of equipment is required. Adequate fine motor skills, talking, and hearing is essential to communicate with customers and vendors
This position is mostly subject to inside conditions which includes varying indoor temperatures
