The IT Client Support Specialist is crucial in maintaining the technological backbone of campus operations. This individual will be responsible for a wide range of activities from installation to troubleshooting, ensuring faculty, staff and students have the necessary tools for success.

Additionally, the IT Client Support Specialist will:

• Maintain software and hardware systems associated with campus services
• Perform IT best practices and procedures while satisfying end user requests
• Diagnose and perform basic troubleshooting/repair of systems
• Perform basic maintenance tasks
• Schedule and perform regular check-ups to verify correct performance
