Qualifications

• Customer-focused and technically capable for end-user support.
• Minimum 5 years IT experience, or 3 years with an associate degree, or 1 year with a bachelor's degree.
• Experience in a multi-site or enterprise IT environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Image and configure desktop and laptop computers using standardized OS images.
• Reset passwords and assist users with authentication issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop applications including Microsoft 365.
• Provide first- and second-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Maintain documentation within the IT service management system.
