Talent With Heart is partnering with a technology leader to recruit a Global Technology Advisor (IT Channel Sales Executive) in the Chicago area. The role focuses on generating new monthly recurring revenue (MRC) and sustaining relationships with partners, vendors, and clients across UCaaS, CCaaS, IaaS, SD-WAN, BRaaS, DRaaS, and Cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of UCaaS, CCaaS, IaaS, SD-WAN, BRaaS, DRaaS, Cybersecurity is required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
• Proven track record of successful lead/opportunity generation.
• CRM experience (Salesforce or equivalent) required.
• 5+ years in IT Sales or equivalent experience; CCaaS & Telecom sales highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel to quarterly and annual company events.
• Must reside within commutable distance to Chicago, IL; Indianapolis, IN; or Detroit, MI.

Responsibilities

We are partnered with an unstoppable force in the Technology space on their search for a Global Technology Advisor (IT Channel Sales Executive)! This organization continues to experience tremendous growth across UCaaS, CCaaS, IaaS, SD-WAN, BRaaS, DRaas, and Cybersecurity solutions; opportunities are endless! The Global Technology Advisor will be responsible for generating new monthly recurring revenue (MRC), maintaining strong relationships with partners, vendors, and clients, and supporting complex Technology solutions and long-term strategies for Mid-Market and Enterprise organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Close $115K+ in new MRC annually
• Lead generation via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, videos, event marketing, etc.
• Work jointly with the support staff (Marketing, Operations, Sales Management, Engineers, Account Managers, etc.) to build sales and client technology strategies; understand business requirements, and work with engineers to architect the right solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with new prospects, existing customers, partners, and vendors; increase client retention
• Continuously train on sales skills and product knowledge
• Represent the organization in the best possible light at all times
• Recruit and engage attendees for company sponsored events
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Salesforce (or other CRM) experience
