What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Control the migration process from development to production, ensuring successful transitions through various technical tasks
- Support the administration of code migration tools such as ChangeMan ZMF, Team Foundation Server, and Azure DevOps
- Analyze the impact of proposed changes and evaluate processes to meet customer needs
- Assist in implementing scalable enterprise solutions that align with business objectives and service level agreements
- Maintain documentation related to change migration, operations, and tools while providing guidance as a technical resource

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in Change Management Software OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in Change Management Software
- Strong understanding of migration protocols and technical processes
- Proven experience with administration of code migration tools
- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and change management audits
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Mainframe and Cobol programming
- Familiarity with ChangeMan, EnDeavor, IBM Rational, and BMC code pipelines
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and ServiceNow platform
- Previous experience in a technology solutions environment
- Strong communication and training skills for stakeholder engagement
