Qualifications

• Four or more years developing communications for organizational, process, or technology change.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and message-development skills.
• Experience translating technical information into clear employee communications.
• Experience managing digital content and intranet hubs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the SDLC communications strategy, audience plan, editorial calendar, and content backlog.
• Produce and distribute a biweekly SDLC newsletter.
• Draft sponsor messages, executive announcements, leadership talking points, manager communications, and employee updates.
• Create audience-specific content explaining why the SDLC is changing, what is changing, who is affected, and what action is required.
• Complete the information architecture, content structure, launch, and governance of the communications hub.
• Establish publishing, approval, and version-control standards.
