Job summary

Citi is seeking a Lead Business Technology Analyst, VP in Irving, TX, to bridge business strategy and technology delivery. You will own data integrity, platform strategy, and roadmaps for critical systems, mentoring teams and guiding complex projects globally.

Qualifications

  • Six to ten years of experience in business analysis, technology consulting, or a related field within a large, complex organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, with working knowledge of Word, Visio, and PowerPoint to support documentation and stakeholder communication.
  • Solid grounding in the full software development lifecycle, with the ability to contribute meaningfully at each stage from requirements through to delivery.
  • Demonstrated capability in business analysis disciplines including requirements gathering, process mapping, metadata documentation, and data governance frameworks.
  • Ability to document and maintain technology strategy, platform road maps, and architectural standards across cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
