This role is critical to the successful delivery of a growing and increasingly complex Book of Work, ensuring the technical capacity needed to meet accelerated business commitments while enabling future strategic priorities. The successful candidate will serve as a key partner between business and technology organizations, leveraging deep expertise in application development, systems analysis, and business analysis to translate business needs into scalable, efficient, and high-quality technology solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. The IT Business Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for driving the analysis, design, enhancement, and implementation of application systems in partnership with Technology and Business teams.
