Job summary

CellCentric is seeking a Director, IT and Business Systems to provide strategic and operational leadership of the company’s enterprise technology, systems and data governance. You will implement SOX-aligned controls, policies, and processes to prepare NDA submissions, a commercial launch, and IPO-readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT in regulated biotech/pharma or life sciences environments.
• Experience implementing IT governance frameworks and SOX controls.
• Proven ability to manage external vendors and drive system implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across functions.
• Experience supporting audit/compliance environments with IT controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an IT strategy and systems roadmap aligned with clinical, regulatory, financial and commercial priorities.
• Oversee enterprise systems, infrastructure, and integrations including NetSuite and future platforms.
• Establish IT governance, policies, controls to support regulatory compliance and IPO readiness.
• Lead cybersecurity, data protection, business continuity and disaster-recovery programs.
• Manage technology vendors and service providers with clear performance expectations.
• Partner with Finance, HR, R&D and Commercial teams to deliver business-aligned tech solutions.
• Oversee access management, change control, data integrity and protection of sensitive information.
