Obsidian Therapeutics, Inc. in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a Director/Senior Director, G&A IT Digital Business Partner to shape and deliver the roadmap, operations, and integrations of core G&A systems.

You will own NetSuite and related platforms, drive SOX ITGC compliance, manage vendor relationships, and partner with Finance, People, Legal and Procurement to enable scalable, compliant processes. This hybrid role offers a path to ERP transformation in a well-funded cell therapy company with stock

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, finance or a related field.
• 12+ years in IT business systems, enterprise applications, or finance systems.
• Public-company SOX ITGC ownership experience.
• Hands-on NetSuite or comparable ERP experience with finance process fluency.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders to define scalable, compliant G&A solutions.
• Own the G&A technology portfolio supporting Finance, People, Legal, Procurement, Investor Relations and reporting.
• Serve as Digital owner for NetSuite and related platforms and integrations.
• Oversee roadmap, delivery, and vendor management for G&A systems.
• Ensure SOX ITGC compliance, access reviews, change mgmt, and audit support.
