Obsidian Therapeutics in Cambridge, MA is seeking an Associate Director/Director, G&A IT Digital Business Partner with a strong background in enterprise business systems, finance systems ownership and SOX ITGC execution.

This role owns NetSuite and related platforms, partnering with Finance, People, Legal and Procurement to shape roadmaps, drive integrations, ensure compliance, and enable continuous improvement while safeguarding data and regulated processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, finance or a related field.
• Public-company experience with hands-on ownership of SOX ITGCs — access reviews, change mgmt, segregation of duties, audit evidence.
• Experience supporting Finance and HR systems in regulated environments; biotech/pharma/life sciences preferred.
• Hands-on NetSuite or comparable ERP experience with finance process fluency.
• Track record managing SaaS business systems end-to-end, including integrations and audit-ready docs.

Responsibilities

• Own the G&A technology portfolio supporting Finance, People, Legal, Procurement, Investor Relations and external reporting.
• Serve as the Digital owner for NetSuite and related platforms (Adaptive, FloQast, Concur, Prendio, ActiveDisclosure/DFIN, ADP).
• Drive roadmap, delivery, and vendor management for G&A systems; ensure SOX ITGC compliance and secure data handling.
