thyssenkrupp Materials NA in Southfield, MI is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, analyzing enterprise systems to improve processes and alignment with IT architecture.
You will gather requirements, create specs, support testing and go-live, and collaborate with governance groups on standards. A 1–3 year background in business systems analysis and ERP/CRM experience is preferred.
The IT Business Systems Analyst serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, analyzing and optimizing enterprise systems and applications to support organizational goals. This role combines business process expertise with technical systems knowledge, translating business needs into system requirements and ensuring solutions align with the broader IT and enterprise architecture landscape.
