Business Systems Analyst – Remote Opportunity (6-Month Contract)

Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a knack for streamlining processes and building strong team foundations? We’re seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our client's team, supporting a Content Management System (CMS) optimization initiative.

• Type: 6-month contract
• Location: Remote (preference given to Minnesota, Wisconsin, or the Dakotas)
• Start Date: Immediate
• Note: No third-party candidates, please.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and Build: Develop and document efficient processes to empower our client's team support of a leading CMS application.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers and engineers to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and ensure seamless project execution.
• Tools You’ll Use: Leverage tools like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio to drive clarity, communication, and project success.
• Impact: Play a key role in shaping how the team operates, directly influencing the effectiveness and scalability of their CMS support.
