We are seeking a Senior IT Business Process Analyst to lead analysis, design, and automation initiatives across divisions, focusing on automation tools and SharePoint solutions.

You will build dashboards with Microsoft Power Platform, support risk and performance-tracking dashboards, and collaborate across risk, audit, policy, and regulatory functions to improve

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in IT business process analysis with complex, cross-departmental initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field; proficiency with ServiceNow and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience supporting risk management, audit, or compliance programs in a federal environment.

• Lead analysis, design, and improvement of IT-supported business processes at the section or division level through automation tools.
• Implement business process automation that improves the efficiency, effectiveness, and timeliness of program processes.

Requirements
