Job summary

Rednote is seeking an IT Partnerships Lead to build regional collaborations with local business teams and IT function groups. You will coordinate local support aligned with global IT strategy, act as the escalation contact for regional issues, and oversee validation testing to ensure systems meet requirements before rollout.

You will collaborate with global teams, manage local resources, and support IT strategy execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with IT system technology and service managements.
• Proven project management skill with time management and prioritization abilities.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• General knowledge of network and IT infrastructure, general knowledge of system development and product designing.
• Ability to work variable hours including weekends and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain partnerships with local business teams in your dedicated regions and across multiple IT function teams as the point of contact(POC).
• Engage with local support resources and aligned with global IT strategy to maintain technological health.
• Work as a key escalation contact for your region on critical IT technology escalations and emerging issues in real-time. Assist with coordinating rapid resolution, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication.
• Work as a key partner in local production validation testing to ensure new systems meet IT operational requirements and quality standards before rollout.
• Work as a global team member, manage local resources to support IT global strategy

The Pay Range For This Role Is

200,000 - 400,000 USD per year(Palo Alto, CA；New York, NY)
