Qualifications

• Current student, Junior or higher.
• Enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• Able to work full-time during the summer (up to 40 hours a week).
• Able to work part-time during the school year (up to 20 hours a week).
• Able to commute to the designated work location in-person, per the hybrid work policy.

Responsibilities

• Support the IT Business Operations team.
• Assist with back office functions, including financial planning and analysis for capital and operating expenses.
• Support procurement activities and capital project intake.
• Perform forecasting and budgeting.
• Prepare month-end reporting, including variance explanations.
• Assist with procurement requests and tracking metrics.
• Utilize forecasting tools such as ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management.
