Job summary

tms is offering a Summer Internship in Business Operations in Chicago for rising juniors, seniors, or recent graduates. You will support monthly reporting across departments, monitor project data in our ERP system, and assist with internal creative projects and resource management tasks.

You'll work across business units, participate in panels and networking, and complete a Capstone project presented to the agency at program end.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior, Senior, or Recent Graduate
• GPA: 3.0 or higher
• Solutions-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, enjoys building relationships and working with others
• Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong time and project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple tasks
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Resourceful and a proactive self-starter

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly and one-off reporting requests across departments, teams, and lines of business
• Daily support on monitoring and updating basic project info in our ERP system
• Providing project management support on internal based creative projects (setting up kick off meetings, reviews, etc.)
• Assisting resource managers with administrative tasks
• Involvement with ad hoc projects as they become available
