Job Summary:

This position manages information relevant to forecasting business's future technical and operational needs and manages business and/or technology plans to ensure capability for alignment with business unit and KP strategies. It provides support to senior leadership by providing information regarding business systems, data, and process initiatives, and to management and leadership by providing information regarding business and technology issues.

This role also manages the implementation of technology or business process integration plans and oversees systems and business process activities.

Essential Responsibilities:
  1. Manage or oversee business-specific projects, applying expertise, ensuring adherence to procedures, developing work plans, coordinating resources, and making effective decisions.
  2. Build relationships with stakeholders, communicate effectively, influence team members, and provide feedback to improve performance and adapt to change.
  3. Provide recommendations on business/technology strategy development by managing input from various levels.
  4. Manage information systems needs across regions, including new business models, IT solutions, and operational assessments.
  5. Support leadership with information on systems, data, and processes, and provide guidance to system owners.
  6. Develop reports to monitor operational performance and track project, staffing, and budget metrics.
  7. Assist in reviewing performance metrics to drive improvements.
  8. Research technology and business initiatives, analyze problems, and recommend solutions.
  9. Ensure systems design, data, and metrics align with organizational goals.
  10. Prepare documentation and monitor IT processes and best practices.
  11. Support development and testing of business continuity and disaster recovery procedures.
  12. Maintain a knowledge repository of current processes and technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years in a leadership role with project or team management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, CIS, Mathematics, or related field, with a minimum of 8 years in business operations, IT consulting, or analysis.
  • Equivalent work experience may substitute for degree requirements.
Additional & Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 years supervisory experience.
  • 1 year managing budgets.

  • Hours: 40/week, Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM

  • Pay Range: $147,200 - $190,410/year
