BlueGrace Logistics is seeking a business liaison to bridge between stakeholders and our development team for BlueShip integrations and client requirements.

You will document requirements, support data analysis, and help ensure timely delivery across multiple projects in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• Authors and creates design artifacts such as functional design specifications, low fidelity wireframes, use cases, user personas, data dictionaries, process and data flow diagrams.
• Contributes to the strategy, governance, and design of IT solutions.
• Documents, socializes, and triages issues, defects, and enhancement requests.
• Reviews enhancement requests, test plans and cases, user guides, capability discovery and delivery roadmaps.
• Plans and executes test plans and test cases; ensure overall quality of solution is preferred.

• Experienced with one (1) or more of the following solutions, required: Microsoft 365; (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, or Copilot), Custom Application Development, Data analytics, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Visio or other project management tools, preferred, Figma, or other prototyping and interface design tools, preferred
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle
• Ability to proactively identify risks and participate in the mitigation plan
• Ability to solve problems, identify solutions, and appropriately elevate issues
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Excels at operating in a fast-paced technical environment
