Job Description:

Position: Business Analyst

Location: Remote in the US

Duration: 12+ contract

Pay Range: W2 $50-55/hr, paid hourly

Whos going to get the job: Experienced IT Business Analyst with healthcare industry experience and experience support Merger & Acquisitions.

Job Description:

Our client has recently established a department to oversee the IT portions of Merger and Acquisition activities. This role will work with Information Technology, Mergers & Acquisitions staff, and various business partners to provide business analysis expertise throughout the M&A process from due diligence to the end of Integration.

Examples of this work include:

• Working with IT Teams to develop appropriate Due Diligence questions and data needs
• Converting Deal Thesis, Pro Formas, Due Diligence findings, Legal findings and other related M&A documents and activities into Business and Technical requirements documentation
• Working under the direction of an M&A IT Project Manager to assist IT workstreams in defining and right sizing IT project scope and work definitions
• Facilitating Business Requirements discovery, refinement, and documentation sessions with IT and Business Partner staff
