What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide day-to-day service level support to customers and other analysts
- Assist in research and diagnosis to help resolve problems, escalating to senior leadership as needed
- Support inquiries or issues using the Service Now Portal for requests
- Aid in data interpretation, communication, and presentations as needed
- Collaborate with the analyst team to compile and analyze data as assigned by leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in revenue cycle operations or a relatable field
- Intermediate Excel skill level
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to research, define, communicate, analyze, and problem-solve trends within the Revenue Cycle
- Demonstrated ability to understand the changing needs of the Revenue Cycle and utilize technological solutions to improve processes
