Isos Technology is looking for an energetic, personable and results driven agent of change to fill our Contract Enterprise Consultant role and join our team. The right candidate will be an experienced consultant who can quickly gain trust and build rapport with executive leaders. He / she is dedicated to enabling impactful business results for our clients, while working on their most pressing transformation challenges. In this role, he / she will partner with our clients' guiding coalition to advise on and execute activities in five key areas; Facilitating the Transformation, Managing the Transformation Backlog, Fostering Lean-Agile Learning, Coaching Leadership, Supporting Lean Portfolio Management.

This is a contract position.

Responsibilities

In this role, he / she will partner with our clients' guiding coalition to advise on and execute activities in five key areas; Facilitating the Transformation, Managing the Transformation Backlog, Fostering Lean-Agile Learning, Coaching Leadership, Supporting Lean Portfolio Management.

• Enterprise Change Agent - Lead and drive transformational change in large enterprises by implementing effective strategies and solutions.
• Trusted Advisor - Build and maintain trust and confidence with executives and stakeholders, providing expert guidance and advice.
• Hands-On Leadership - Roll up your sleeves and actively engage in the work required to make transformational change happen.
• Tooling Expertise - Demonstrate a deep understanding and passion for Atlassian solutions, including Jira Align, Advanced Roadmaps, Big Picture, Tempo, and Structure.
• Business Acumen - Simplify complexity with a cheery disposition and an exceptional understanding of business, making complex concepts accessible and understandable.
• Lean-Agile Leadership - Provide guidance and support as a lean-agile leader, showcasing proven results in enterprise transformation.
• Focused Problem Solving - Utilize data-driven insights to guide solutions, focusing on metrics that drive business impact such as higher quality, faster time to market, enhanced customer engagement, and increased employee productivity.
• Organizational Change Management - Develop and implement strategies to manage change effectively, facilitating maximum adoption with limited disruption.
• Travel Requirements - Must be able & willing to travel or be on-site at client when requested.

Desired Skills and Experience :

You are a lean-agile leader, and expert on all tooling, training, organizational change management and role-based coaching, including product management and architecture.

• Proven experience as an agent of change within large enterprises.
• Strong ability to build trust and confidence with executives and stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in driving transformational change.
• Deep expertise in Atlassian solutions such as Jira Align, Advanced Roadmaps, Big Picture, Tempo, and Structure, or a strong, unwavering commitment to mastering these tools and integrating them into your daily workflow. If you don't already live and breathe Atlassian tools, this role is not the right fit for you.
• High level of business acumen and ability to simplify complex concepts
• Demonstrated success as a lean-agile leader with enterprise transformation projects.

This contract position is primarily a work from home position and we consider applicants throughout the United States. We support pay transparency. In alignment with our headquarters being based in Tempe, AZ, our AZ compensation range for this position is between $110 / hour - $130 / hour. Actual compensation can vary based on qualifications, experience, and geographic pay differentials.
