Job summary

Tokio Marine North America Services (TMNAS) invites applications for an IT Business Analyst intern who aims to help improve business processes, products, and systems. The TMNAS IT BA intern will support PHLY, TMNAS IT teams, and the TMNAS BA Practice.

Working with experienced team members, you will help analyze processes, gather requirements, and support solution delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in a related field.
• Coursework in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Business Analytics.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, tools and skills.

Responsibilities

• Document current business processes and model workflows.
• Document business and functional requirements and defect/user stories.
• Utilize BA tools to capture stakeholder needs, track questions, decisions and actions.
• Assist with researching and documenting production issues and resolutions.
• Identify changes to improve efficiency, accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in the full SDLC with waterfall and agile methods.
