Kinaxis seeks an Intern Business Analyst to support needs assessments, technology selection, implementation, and process improvement. You will partner with internal teams, help manage Salesforce and other platforms, and contribute to enhancements and training.

You must be enrolled in a related program, with an interest in business systems and technology-enabled transformation, and be ready to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Hybrid Ottawa-based placement through May/June 2026.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology Management, Engineering, or a related program.
• Strong interest in business systems and technology-enabled transformation.
• Experience with or willingness to learn low-code/no-code platforms such as Salesforce.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Assist with administration and support of enterprise applications including Salesforce.
• Support day-to-day ticket operations by triaging incidents and requests.
• Participate in requirements gathering, process analysis, testing, and validation.
• Assist in configuring low-code solutions and automation initiatives.
• Create and maintain application documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with Agile teams during backlog refinement, planning, testing, and releases.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback and action items.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and optimize business processes.
• Provide user support and training for enterprise applications.
• Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
