Kinaxis Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst Co-op to join our FP&A team. This full-time, 8- to 12-month position offers exposure to governance reporting, financial modeling, and decision-support analysis within a fast-growing supply chain tech leader.

You’ll prepare internal deliverables, support quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, and partner with stakeholders across functions to deliver timely financial insights. This role is hybrid/remote for Canadian locations.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Commerce or Business program with a specialization/major in Accounting or Finance.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Data extraction and analysis to develop, prepare and present financial data that is timely, accurate, and reliable.
• Provide financial recommendations based on prepared analysis for effective business decisions.
• Support quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes with stakeholders and consolidated data.
• Understand the functional area’s drivers and metrics to support evolving business needs.
• Prepare monthly management reporting deliverables showing actual vs. budget and key metrics.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partner team to communicate forecast objectives and adjustments.
• May perform additional ad-hoc projects or support other Finance teams as needed.
