Job summary

CAI is seeking a Business Analyst Intern to support project leaders in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for functional and non-functional projects. This paid, full-time hybrid internship runs June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027, with three days per week in Newark, DE.

You will gain hands-on experience in business analysis processes, collaborate with project teams, and develop foundational skills using analysis tools and techniques.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college degree program pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher.

Responsibilities

• Work with project leaders to support the gathering, analysis, and recommendation of business requirements for functional and non-functional projects
• Collaborate with the project team and internal and external stakeholders to help ensure customer expectations are achieved
• Elicit and document business requirements and business processes
• Learn to utilize project tools and techniques foundational to business analysis
• Develop an understanding of business analysis functions, systems, and processes
• Assist with the development of policies and procedures related to business analysis
