Responsibilities

• Сбор и анализ бизнес-требований совместно с Product Owner и бизнес-стейкхолдерами.
• Перевод бизнес-требований в функциональные и нефункциональные требования (эпики, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Моделирование бизнес-процессов BPMN.
• Создание аналитической документации и функциональных спецификаций.
• Моделирование решений в UML (sequence, activity, component, use case).
• Анализ и документирование интеграций на базе REST API и потоков данных между системами.
• Работа с командами разработки, QA, UX и бизнеса на всех этапах проекта.
• Участие в refinements, воркшопах и уточнении требований.
• Обеспечение согласованности решений на веб и мобильных платформах.
• Поддержка документации проекта в Jira и Confluence.

Join the team developing modern e-commerce solutions for web platforms and mobile applications. We are looking for a Business-System Analyst who will connect business needs with technical teams and translate requirements into solutions ready for implementation.

Задачи

• Collecting and analysing business requirements in collaboration with Product Owners and business stakeholders


• Translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements in the form of epics, User Stories and acceptance criteria


• Modelling business processes using BPMN


• Creating analytical documentation and functional specifications


• Modelling solutions in UML (sequence, activity, component and use case diagrams)


• Analysing and documenting REST API-based integrations and data flows between systems


• Working with development, QA, UX and business teams at all stages of project delivery


• Taking part in refinements, workshops and clarifying requirements


• Ensuring consistency of solutions across web and mobile platforms


• Maintaining up-to-date and clear project documentation in Jira and Confluence

Требования

• At least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business-System Analyst


• Experience in projects delivered for web platforms and mobile applications


• Knowledge of REST API, JSON and tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI


• Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence


• Ability to work with mock-ups and prototypes in Figma


• Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)


• Ability to facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with business and IT teams


• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level


• Ability to use AI tools in day-to-day analytical work
