Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 4 years of IT experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficient with system/application design and end-user support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to develop and document requirements and specifications.
• Ability to communicate in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Experience in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing systems and business processes and identify improvement strategies.
• Translate business requirements into solution designs and deliverables.
• Provide project management services and ensure traceability of documentation.
• Develop requirements for cross-domain processes and partner with stakeholders.
• Break down requirements into backlog items for developers and clarify stories.
• Define functional design specifications for new development and major enhancements.
• Coordinate with designers for interfacing and adhere to design standards.
• Develop test cases and scripts for load and regression testing; support UAT.
