Boyd Gaming Corporation seeks an IT professional to review, analyze, and improve business systems and processes. You will work with users, IT staff, and vendors to deliver solutions and serve as the on-site IT representative for project implementations.

You will lead smaller IT projects, support business applications, and participate in a weekly on-call schedule. Occasional travel to Boyd properties is required based on workload.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year of experience in a similar position is strongly preferred.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite is required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain necessary certifications/licenses.

Aufgaben

• Work with users, IT resources, and vendors to evaluate needs and propose solutions.
• Perform quality assurance testing for assigned projects.
• Serve as the on-site IT representative for project implementations.
• Lead smaller-scale IT projects as project leader.
• Support assigned business applications and assist with issue resolution.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation for after-hours, weekend, and holiday support.
• Travel to Boyd Gaming properties as required by business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
