Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation seeks an IT professional to review, analyze, and improve business systems and processes. You will work with users, IT staff, and vendors to deliver solutions and serve as the on-site IT representative for project implementations.

You will lead smaller IT projects, support business applications, and participate in a weekly on-call schedule. Occasional travel to Boyd properties is required based on workload.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year of experience in a similar position is strongly preferred.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite is required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain necessary certifications/licenses.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance testing for assigned projects.
• Serve as the on-site IT representative for project implementations.

Job Description

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a computer science discipline or comparable experience preferred.
• One (1) year of experience in a similar position strongly preferred.
• Must have experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products.
• ITIL V3 Awareness training preferred.
• Must have strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Must have strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Some travel may be required based on business needs, project requirements, and workload.
• Participation in a weekly rotating on-call schedule for after-hours, weekend, and holiday support is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
