The position requires collaboration with IT leadership and multiple departments to ensure successful delivery and data security across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business or related field.
• Three years of experience in an information technology function.
• Equivalent education/experience acceptable.
• Knowledge of core business processes and operations.
• Knowledge of business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development.
• Knowledge of SQL/DB2 database.
• Knowledge of server operating systems.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and document business needs of multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to improve current business processes.
• Systematic problem-solving approach.
• Ability to create technical documentation.
• Ability to develop training materials.
• Ability to plan and coordinate multi-stakeholder projects.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Clear oral and written communication across audiences.
