Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, MIS, CS, business or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or IT.
• Experience with software development life cycle and requirements gathering.
• Ability to document processes, workflows and test plans clearly.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, goals, and outcomes.
• Gather and document requirements via workshops, interviews, and analysis.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specs for IT teams.
• Develop and maintain process flows, use cases, and business rules.
• Support solution design reviews, testing, and vendor interactions.
• Create project deliverables, track scope, status, risks, and issues.
• Provide ongoing application support and end-user training as needed.
• Collaborate to implement enhancements and migrations across systems.
