• Ability to pull and review data to support decisions; some SQL knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business stakeholders to understand processes and goals.
• Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
• Reproduce bugs, document steps, expected behavior, and severity.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing through to sign-off.
• Prepare release notes and end-user guides; present at sprint demos.
• Review data to support requirement decisions; learn SQL as needed.
