AGP Ag Processing Inc is seeking an IT Business Analyst to partner with business leaders and end users. You’ll identify opportunities for improvement and deliver technology solutions that matter, optimizing AGP business applications and automating processes as part of our digital transformation.

You will work with Microsoft 365, OnBase, PageIQ, and workflow automation to streamline operations, support integrations, and provide end-user training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of business application or software support experience.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent in IT/CS.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize business applications (OnBase, PageIQ, SharePoint, Teams, 365).
• Analyze processes and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency.
• Design, implement, and support workflows, document management, automation, and system integrations.
