Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is seeking an IT Business Analyst to partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and deliver technology solutions that matter. You’ll optimize business applications, automate processes, and support digital transformation initiatives.

The role emphasizes strong Microsoft 365 skills, workflow automation, and AI-powered productivity tools, with responsibilities spanning analysis, design, testing, and user training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business application or software support experience.
• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance business applications including OnBase, PageIQ, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365.
• Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Design and support workflows, document management, automation, and system integrations.
• Troubleshoot application issues, manage configurations, and provide user support.
• Assist with software implementations, upgrades, testing, and change management.
• Create user documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources.
• Stay current on emerging technologies, including AI-powered productivity tools.
