Job summary

Amarr, a part of ASSA ABLOY, located in Winston Salem, NC, seeks an experienced Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for technology initiatives across the company. You will work with stakeholders, project teams, and developers to ensure solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting business and technology projects.
• Experience eliciting and documenting requirements.
• Experience creating user stories, process maps, use cases, and functional specs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and developers to ensure solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

The Details:

We offer a competitive salary based on experience and we understand the value of work-life balance. Our office hours are 7:30 – 5:30pm Monday – Thursday and 7:30-11:30a Fridays.
